Orchids

These are my mum's babies... She watched them grow.

It took more than a year for these to bloom.
Longer than how long it took me to learn how to talk.

My mum was so excited when she saw the baby buds growing out.

She asked so frequently, "Girl, what colour do you think the orchids will be?"

My answer? No answer, who cares anyway.

Then, they bloomed, yeah, White.

My mum's reaction: "I thought they would be Pink, or at least Yellow..."
Me: "Aiya, no diff anyway..."

But, come to think of it, these things do look beautiful eh?

My house does have nice things to look at afterall:)
