ARGH!

I just had a heartburn attack, it was extremely painful. Guess it's due to msg intolerance again. I think it's getting serious, my skin itches and my limbs feel cold. It's nearing 1am and I can't sleep all thanks to the pain and numbness I feel all over me. Could my constant loss of memory be due to this? Reports say that msg can caused brain neurons to die. Oh my, I guess I have to watch over my diet from now. :(
