Noticed? The building has picture canvas over it!
Apparently, this building (NTU Hospital in Taipei) is under some sort of construction.
So they had it covered up with giant pieces of canvas with the original look of it.
How innovative.
They think that the patients and visitors cannot recognise the hospital when it's under construction la...

I am so frustrated with Facebook. Uploading of pictures take forever.
Then, when it seems as though the uploading is finishing, a message pop up and says "Sorry, upload failed".
Seow liao la.
